Ramadan Has Come!

This time I don’t know how to start and from where to begin?
How to describe this pleasure, affection and deep deep passion?
With ornamented streets, gathered families and smiles on the face of each and every one,
we welcome Ramadan the month of blessings, inspirations and high endurance.

Yes we give up eating and drinking all day starting from dawn.
Yes these days are long with a number of hours exceeding a dozen.
Yes it is hot; we feel thirsty and would desire drinking even a smidgen.
Yet, we bear it; we stand it and never put down.

For God’s sake we’re fasting and He is the only one,
we seek for support in surrender and with full submission.
